Notes

Title of single and of A side is wrong: it's not Perkins' hit "Blue Suede Shoes", but another song "Disciple In Blue Suede Shoes" recorded in 1976 at The Music Mill Studios, Nashville, TN, and first issued in 1979 on LP "Rock 'N Gospel" (Koala AW 14137).
Credits on side B are wrong (simply copied from side A). Side B was first issued in 1976 on single Music Mill Records 1007 "Take Me Back / Born To Boogie".
Phonographic copyright year (P) 1956 on both sides is wrong. In fact this is 1979 for side A and 1976 for side B.
Stereo.
